  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: If a passenger fails to appear at the agreed location without notice, the full fare will be charged.

  • Prepaid Bookings: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days if cancellation meets the above terms.
