2. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are based on the service type, distance, and time.
- Payment can be made via cash, card, or online payment options.
- All fares are subject to change without notice, though confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up without charge.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pick-up time and location.
- Passengers must comply with safety and conduct requirements during the trip.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who behave inappropriately or violate safety rules.
5. Our Responsibilities
- We strive to provide safe, reliable, and timely service.
- Drivers will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from delays.
6. Luggage and Parcel Delivery
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage and parcels are secured and safe for transport.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that are hazardous, illegal, or exceed safe carrying limits.
7. Liability

- Our liability for any claim will be limited to the total fare paid for the service in question.
